- 1/2 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced)
- 1 Roma tomato (seeded and diced)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 4 sandwiches (Ciabatta bread or buns of your choice, enough for at least)
