This is my go-to recipe, I love it so much! When im in a rush, i use store-bought sauce and i dont bother to puree the lentils. In my opinion, they already make the sauce meaty and its just an extra step that isnt super necessary. (again, when im in a rush).

Delicious ! I used marinara instead of the tomatoes and tomato paste, but it was absolutely amazing, definitely recommend 😋

I ran it of tomatoes, so I added marinara sauce so can't really call it a bolognese, but still amazing!
