I love lemon and got inspired by this recipe. I blanched the green beans and added garlic and fresh parsley but will definitely do this again! I loved this recipe warm with dinner but my favorite was the next day left over's cold added to salad or by themselves as a snack! Thanks!

Too much lemon flavor. I used one large lemon (juice and zest) with 2 lbs of beans. Overbearing lemon. No one really enjoyed it. I won’t make this recipe again.
