So delicious! It was difficult to stop at just one portion! I'll definitely make this again. I used galangal paste in place of one lemon. I also used goulash spices to supplement the sumac.

The broth is not red like the image in the blog, which is okay- just startling for those type-A’s like me. Nice flavour, very simple & quick to make.
