These were excellent! I made them gluten free by substituting flour with 1c GF flour, 1c almond flour and 2T rice flour. So easy!

Not sure the point of the vinegar but left that out-these are super flavorful and so soft, but still dense like a scone--thanks to using yogurt instead of milk. Subbing yogurt for milk in all scones from now on! Didn't have any lemon zest, just lemon juice so they weren't as lemony as I wanted, but still phenomenal. Skipped the glaze--too much sugar. Great recipe!
