- 1 handful kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass stalk (sliced)
- 30 mL syrup (recipe above)
- 45 mL rum (Havana Club Anejo Especial or your favourite)
- 1/2 lime (cut into quarters)
- 8 mint leaves
- ice
- soda water (or sparkling)
- 1 sprig mint (and lemongrass stalk for garnish, optional)
