- 2 1/4 cups spelt flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda (bi-carb)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (flaked)
- 2 lemons (about ⅓ cup juice)
- 500 grams Greek yoghurt (natural, for a dairy free option you could use coconut yoghurt)
- 150 grams cream (pure thick, optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla paste (or extract)
- 1/2 lemon
- honey (Extra, for drizzling)
- chamomile (flowers for sprinkling, optional)
