added a bit of lemon extract as we like a lot of lemon flavor. A double batch wasn't enough for us so going to have to triple or quadruple it next time as the kids were eating it as fast as I could get them off the griddle. They didn't even need any syrup. they turn out well for waffles as well but you need to grease the waffle iron or add some butter to the recipe.

Really good. Make sure to add flour before the egg whites as it’s missing in the directions. It didn’t make 14 pancakes though. Will definitely make again!!

Yum! However, the recipe does not say where to add the flour! After reading the other comments, I learned to add it to the yolk mixture. Would have been 5⭐️ but that’s a real issue.

the recipe is lovely i used orange in place of lemon but flour is missing from the method....please amend

Flour missing from instructions...added with egg yolk mixture. Also added 1/4 milk to the yolk mixture as it was too heavy. Turned out yummy.

Enjoyed the result. The directions don’t say when to mix in the flour so I incorporated it after mixing the ricotta and yolks. Natural bee honey is also a good topping.

These were the perfect pancakes - light and flavorful! Minor detail - no instructions addressing where/when the all-purpose flour should be incorporated into the recipe

I usually add a little bit of lemon extract and lemon juice to the batter and just add a little more flour to compensate for the extra moisture. Soooo good! They also cook nicely if you keep them on the small side

Nice thick pancakes. Sometimes modify the lemon with lemon olive oil when not on hand would make again
