    I made this it was so wonderful BUT I ACCIDENTALLY brought it to a boil it was still yummy BUT it had scrambled eggs in it BUT it was still DELICIOUS and it was for my family and they are not picky THANK GOD 🙃😋😁

    Great! First time making lemon curd - on my second batch I added a bit more lemon to get a stronger taste of lemon. Very easy!

    Good but the zest was a bit grainy. I think next time I would use a planner for the zest and then put into the food processor with the sugar.

    Love it! Easy to make and yummy. I love lemon curd but hate the store bought ones, so I decided to try this recipe and it was perfect! P.S. do not try it while it’s still warm, it will taste like cooked eggs.

    Gorgeous. I did use non dairy butter and doubled the recipe as I had a lot of lemon juice to use. Tastes lovely and looks beautiful. Easy recipe to do

    Perfectly. :-) The only thing I did differently was that I used a double boiler on the stove top to cook the mixture as I didn’t want to risk the mixture from sticking and burning. I also strained the mix to remove the lemon rind as I prefer a smooth consistency. The flavour is still awesome. I’m sure it will become a family favourite.

    soooo yummy!!! I halved the recipe and it turned out great. filled a 10 ounce mason jar (for the fridge) with a little leftover for my pancake topping!
