I used this recipe to make lemon curd for the FIRST time and it turned out amazing!!!! I added a bit more lemon juice and zest because I enjoy a more tart curd, it was a great base recipe:)

I made this it was so wonderful BUT I ACCIDENTALLY brought it to a boil it was still yummy BUT it had scrambled eggs in it BUT it was still DELICIOUS and it was for my family and they are not picky THANK GOD 🙃😋😁

Great! First time making lemon curd - on my second batch I added a bit more lemon to get a stronger taste of lemon. Very easy!

Good but the zest was a bit grainy. I think next time I would use a planner for the zest and then put into the food processor with the sugar.

This recipe came out great! I did put too much lemon zest in it so it turned out more Chunky

Love it! Easy to make and yummy. I love lemon curd but hate the store bought ones, so I decided to try this recipe and it was perfect!
P.S. do not try it while it’s still warm, it will taste like cooked eggs.

Gorgeous. I did use non dairy butter and doubled the recipe as I had a lot of lemon juice to use. Tastes lovely and looks beautiful. Easy recipe to do

soooo yummy!!! I halved the recipe and it turned out great. filled a 10 ounce mason jar (for the fridge) with a little leftover for my pancake topping!

This was fabulous. I used 1/3 of the recipe cause I didn't need much and it still worked out
