    It was a great and simple receipe. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender. I only let it mainade for 30 minutes and it had a lot of flavor so I could only imagine if it was left over night.

    Very good but next time I will cut salt in half will definitely make again. Cooked on charcoal. Added a little more zest
