Delicious and easy. I also made a version for my vegetarian niece. For that I just put the herbs, oil and lemon juice in the sauté pan along with the plant based chicken strips. Additional depth of flavor was achieved by deglazing both pans with white wine. This is definitely added to my rota!

I made this tonight for dinner and it was amazing, I did a 5 hour marinade and used a electric thermometer, as soon as it hit 170 I took them out and it was perfect and packed with flavor!!!

It turned out great however I like saucy chicken but is still good for next day salad

Turned out great, marinated it for a couple of hours. It had very good flavor. I served it over Winter Riced Cauliflower with Forbidden Black Rice and Pomegranate Glaze, very good combination. Will definitely make this dish again.

My husband and I really enjoyed this. I used 2 cloves of fresh garlic. I put all the ingredients into a bowl and used the stick blender to mix them all together. I marinated the chicken tenders overnight and when cooked today they were moist and delicious. We made a wrap with them where we added some lettuce and tomato.
