- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella balls (small, sliced in half)
- 1 handful fresh parsley leaves (coarsely chopped)
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (coarsely chopped)
- 2 lemons (depending on how lemony you like your pasta)
- 1 handful salted pistachios (shelled roasted and, coarsely chopped)
- 2 tsp. bottarga (optional)

- crushed red pepper flakes
