Fabulous and fresh! I snuck in lemon zest from 1 lemon and 2 T. fruity vinegar as well. Add to a mason jar and shake. Serving suggestion: Salad of ricotta and lemon zest ravioli/bag of greens/handful or so of kale/toasted pine nuts/shaved 3 cheese combo being parmesan-romano-asiago!

Really tasty and quick I added a dash of white vinegar to boost the flavor a little
