The sauce from this recipe is delicious and would be excellent on chicken as well.

I will definitely make this again. It was flavorful and tender. I used salted butter when sauteing the pork chops and unsalted butter for this sauce. Next time I will use less lemon juice as the flavor was a little too lemony.
