Gorgeous. I used nuttelex instead of butter and it tastes beautiful. It cooked so easily in the microwave.

This is by far the most wonderful and easy lemon curd I have ever made . I am lazy so I melted the butter in my 4 cup glass measuring cup they'd added the sugar and eggs, then blended with a stick blender, added the lemon juice and zest and blended some more. Then popped in in the microwave for I think a total of six minutes stirring after each minute like the directions said and it couldn't be more perfect!
