Super good flavor and crunchy! I made the first batch a bit too big but went smaller for the rest. It was worth zesting 3 lemons!

Easy and fun to make with my daughter. We substituted Truvia for the cup and a half of sugar to lower the calories.

Very good. I substituted gluten free flour. they took longer to cook and were very crumbly. Overall had very good lemon flavor. 7.5/10

Absolutely love these. They are really easy to make and tasty, honestly a new favorite Make sure you use big lemons, I got normal sized ones (maybe a bit bigger than a golf ball essentially) and the taste wasn’t very lemony. I made them a second time with big ol’ lemons (so much more zest, more juice) and they tasted much more lemony. Side note, for me at least, this cookie doesn’t burn easy. I kind of forgot a batch in the oven for like 7 extra minutes and they were fine. Some recipes are timed to the minute, these are very forgiving. Just a light brown on the edges, and they were perfect

Tastes great! Cookies expand a lot, so make sure to space them out well. I did not and got one big cookie 😊

I thought they were good. I happen to like the caramelized sugar on the bottom of the cookie when finished baking. The lemon flavor comes out more after a few days . This is on my request list of things to bring for dinner parties.

I LOVE them. I tweaked it a bit though. I thought the amount of sugar, plus the sugar coating, would make it too sweet, so I used 1&1/4 cups of sugar and used the juice of 2 lemons. The cookies tasted divine. It was still a bit sweet for my taste, though. I'm planning to only use a cup of sugar next time. I love the lemon flavor. It's just right - it's neither weak nor overpowering. And the lemon sugar coating gives a nice crunch to the cookies. 👌🏻👌🏻

They were the perfect texture and gooeyness! My only complaint is they are VERY sweet. I would use a cup of sugar in the batter instead of 1 1/2 cups and coat generously in the lemon sugar

had to put a little bit more of flour, but it turned out really good.
Protip: never mistake the butters, put saltered butter on the recipe and it wasn't a good addition.

Delicious. Lemon flavor shines through and the zest/sugar topping makes for a nice crunch on a chewy lemon cookie. Note: I added 1/2 tsp lemon zest (I love lemons) and my large lemon made more than a tbsp of lemon juice but I used it all.

The cookies taste okay, but rolling them in the lemon sugar was a bad idea. The sugar carmelized on the bottom of the cookies, making them sticky and "tough". They are hard to eat and not really cookie like.

Quick and easy, but super yummy. I just rolled mine in caster sugar because I'm not one for effort. They turned out great still.

they were a hit with the family only thing is i only used the zest of 1 lemon in stead of 2 but they were still delicious!!!!

Loved these! Super chewy, tart, and sweet. Made them in my culinary class because we had a bit of extra time and had to fight to take some home!

Really delicious and simple enough. Made 2 nights ago and they were a hit. Making more tonight!

These things are addicting! Be prepared to make multiple batches at the request of hungry family members!

Made according to recipe and came out delicious. But I used up all the lemon sugar to roll them in.
