I love this recipe. I used it for years and always had many compliments. Then I lost it and I must have tried at least ten other recipes. All of them were a disappointment. These are perfect. Make sure to add the lemon juice at the end and not to over stir after that and you are guaranteed scrumptious lemon squares.
