I actually made this with a pound of gluten free spaghetti and didn't make asparagus noodles (too much work for me) . But I did peal off the outer layers of asparagus and cut them up. Added 4 tablespoons of butter and olive oil with some Italian seasoning to cover the pound of spaghetti. Yum!
