Very tasty! Mine were baked in 20 minutes not 25. In the cupcake mix I used light agave syrup instead of honey (to make a little less sweet) but I kept the honey in the icing. The flavors were great and the cupcake itself was definitely a cheese like lemon cake. Only problem I had was my icing turned out runny and I don’t know why?? Luckily my husband didn’t mind since it was for his birthday!
