- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt (adjust to taste, I used common table salt)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced which is a about 2 tbsp.)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (I left I could have used less oil)
- 1/4 cup scallions (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. mint leaves (torn, and more for serving)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (Turkish, more for serving, I used chili powder)
