Definitely drop temperature to 175deg! I only cooked it for 55min and it could’ve been taken out at 45/50min. I also added about another 30ml of milk as Th e batter looked quite sticky and didn’t want it dry. I used half a cup of sugar as I thought the recipe called for too much sugar especially with the glaze on top.
