- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 6 Tbsp. maple syrup (or raw honey, not vegan, see tips above in post for sugar-free version)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup walnuts (finely chopped or ground, I like to use a mortar + pestle)
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 5 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
