Delicious! I made them with gluten free flour and the whole family loved them!

Yum! These cookies have an interesting texture - crumbly and light, not crunchy or chewy. Great lemon taste.
Tips- The zest in the recipe is roughly 2 lemons worth. I would make this again but double the recipe, it seems like a small output to me, I also doubled the poppy seeds. It took my oven well over 15 mins to bake, maybe close to 20.
