Absolutely delicious and super easy to make. Right amount of tart and sweet. I didnt make the graham cracker crust so i could save on adding an additional 1/3 of a cup of sugar to the recipe. I wish i could reduce the sweetness a tab bit more but definitely will make again. Thank you

This pie is absolutely gorgeous!! I had it made in less than 10 minutes!! Honestly the most time consuming thing is squeezing the lemon juice. And it tasted amazing!! The texture is silky smooth, just divine. I served it with plain whipped cream for dessert. We had guests and they loved it, so much that they had it for morning tea the next day with some natural yogurt, which I preferred to cut through the richness of the pie. Definitely making this one again!!

Very easy recipe to follow with few ingredients. The flavor is very lemony just what I was hoping for. Great recipe!
