- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 5 grams basil (can be omitted)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (about half a lemon)

- 4 salmon filets (about 500g)
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper (can be substituted for salt and black pepper)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (can be substituted for olive oil)
