Description
Tilapia marinaded in a Lemon Pepper Ginger sauce for about 30-60 minutes.. Served on a bed of brown rice (butter, salt, pepper) and you're choice of another side.

- 2 lemons (Fresh Squeezed)
- 1/4 cup ground pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 lb. tilapia (fresh or frozen)

Directions
- Combined the squeezed lemon, pepper, ginger and salt into a medium sized bowl. Wisk together with a fork for about 2 minutes.
- While the marinade is settling, place tilapia in a baking pan.
- Using a cooking brush, to apply the marinade to the individual pieces of tilapia. Once, completed.. Repeat step, and use the cooking brush on the other side of the tilapia. With the leftover marinade pour over the tilapia in the baking pan.

Not a fan of ginger, so it was just lemon, pepper, and salt in my mix, but the fish cooked perfectly and tasted really good!
