    Fantastic, never realised one could microwave fish. My wife loved it as well but suggested to me that maybe marinating the fish for 30 mins in the lemon juice before proceeding with the recipes guide lines giving even more of a lemon flavour. Certainly will be using this recipe again; lovely. Another bonus is hardly any fishy smell in the kitchen after cooking.
