Great! I didn’t do the multiple steps/stages of oiling, cooking, and then seasoning the wings...I just mixed all the ingredients/seasonings together (butter, oil, lemon pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) threw the wings (skinned) into the mixture and tossed to thoroughly cover them. Then grilled them for 36 minutes, turning them every 9 minutes.
