    This was great! Crisp lemon flavor. I did cook the green beans a little longer and waited on no heat after adding the lemon juice to be absorbed and thicken up.

    Sooo, yumly! I generally hate vegetables, but this is a fantastic recipe! I didn't have any fresh parmesan this time, so I used the regular pre-grated parmesan from a shaker can. It took a couple of Tablespoons.

    The taste was almost a 5 star. The thing about vegetables though even if you love them is that you know when you’ve tasted that 5 star vegetable and there’s only so many things you can do to them so it’s hard to find another recipe that was just as good. This is different though and still healthy for you.
