My family all really enjoyed it. I did modify slightly feom what I reviewed. i would recommend sampling and modify to your taste.

Never tried broiling chicken before, but it worked out fine.
The marinade got too spicy for me, and the lemon dominated the flavor too much, but I am sure this can be personally adjusted.

i added a little more cayenne, bc the mustard was the only thing i could taste. came out very tender and juicy! i would make it again.

wow. I didn't expect it to be very good. I thought mustard will change taste because my wife doesn't like it but it turned out very wow.

The chicken taste great! Initially I thought it’s gonna be too sour for me but it turned out really tasty and the sourness is tolerable. I used Dijon mustard so the sauce turned out having a creamy texture and it tastes a little like peri peri sauce. Made this chicken for 6 days of meal prep and I haven’t felt sick eating it twice everyday. Thumbs up for this recipe!

Instructions were a little vague. Flavor was good but definitely on the spicy side.
