    soooo good! It was a hit at Easter. Perfect way to use up the lemons on my tree

    Easy! Perfectly balanced! I didn't get the full 1 Tbs of lemon zest out of 3 lemons, only 1tsp but it still came out great. I also whipped the meringue by hand so I didn't get it to stiff peaks but the flavor was nice and light!
