Really delicious recipe and I'll make it again. I added some sour cherries in the cake and a sour cherry sauce on top and it was a nice compliment. I liked how simple the process was. The only thing is if it's really CHEESEcake you're itching for, this might not quite scratch that itch. With the richness of just mascarpone cheese to me it was more like a custardy cheesecake hybrid- which turns out to be a REALLY yummy thing also.
