This was delicious! Everyone in my family loved it! I used 12oz of heavy cream with powdered sugar and whipped it instead of the whipped topping. You definitely need to freeze this for at least an hour to get pretty pieces. It might be even better if you made homemade lemon pudding. I would definitely make again.
