- 3 Tbsp. corn starch
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 lemons (large)
- 1 lemon (large, very finely minced)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 Tbsp. butter (not margarine)
- 4 cups shredded coconut (dried, unsweetened)
