- 1/4 cup canola (or Extra Light Oliver Oil)
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar (use more for a thinner, tangier dressing)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (from about ¼ - ½ a fresh lemon)
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon fresh ground pepper, or more or less to taste (fresh, or more or less to taste)
- 1 pinch salt (if you like, but allow flavors to marry first, and then season to taste.)
