    This was really good, but I would make some changes. I would increase the lemon juice if you want a more lemony flavor and maybe make it 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. We served this with seasoned brown rice and a drizzle of sriracha on top.

    Perfect for grilling! First time everyone in the house has LOVED a chicken recipe. It wouldn’t have been salty enough if we didn’t brine the chicken 24 hours in advance though, so we like it with more salt if we don’t have time for a brine

    this was so easy to make. i just eye-balled the ingreidients and then added some ginger as well. so yummy :)

    Really good. I left chicen breasts in the marinade for about 4 hours and then cooked them on the stovetop. The breasts didn't dry out and the flavor was subtle but not overwhelming.
