Agreed this gave the food processor a work out! Super yum! I made it to the recipe listed. Refreshing lemon taste but also a nice sweet treat! Good consistency to ball too. Will absolutely make again! :)

These are pretty good! They gave my food processor a workout but tasted delicious. Nice and citrusy, and I subbed pine nuts for pepitas just because I had them around
