  • 6 fillets salmon (~ 2 1/2 lbs wild caught, skin on)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 unsalted butter (tabs, ~ 2 Tbsp, each tab = 1 tsp)
  • 3 lemons (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

    This was honestly the best salmon I’ve ever made...it was flaky and juicy and buttery. I added lots of coarse black pepper and sea salt flakes and I also wrapped each fillet along with all the other ingredients in loose foil parcels. Soooo yummy! Served it with baby asparagus and some samphire.

    I made this last night 04/09/16, It was wonderful, The Salmon was flaky and succulent. I would absolutely make this again.
