Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. garlic paste (or 1 clove minced garlic)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (can use dry if unable to find fresh, but fresh is fantastic!)
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 6 oz. tuna in olive oil (cans Genova, Albacore or Yellowfin)
- 2 medium zucchini (sliced in quarters then chopped)
- 4 scallions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrots (grated)
- 4 sweet peppers (small, cut into rings)
- dill sauce (recipe for Lemon, is in blog post above this one remember to print it)
