Came together nicely. Great lemon flavour. Firm enough to fill cakes. I used it in a lemon blueberry parfait. Layered it with the berries, whipped cream and savoiardi biscuits😋 The only thing I changed... only 1 cup sugar and it was just right and half the flour, still set nice and tight after it cooled but not rubbery.

Outstanding. Served it in filo cups. Everyone loved it.
Substituted milk for water. Turned out great.
