This is an incredibly quick chilled summer dessert
for guests that are gluten free
Topped with sugared fresh wild red currants, blueberries and slivered fresh mint
Best thing about this recipe is that it can be made start to finish in a Vitamix which runs fast enough to heat the mixture
I didn’t use the stovetop at all!
