    I found this really easy to follow. I wanted to fill some cupcakes with it so only made 3/4 of the recipe. That still made loads so depending what you need it for - you may to half or quarter it. I thought it turned out very well and the cupcakes tasted delicious with the lemon curd inside

    The flavour is great but it takes more than 13 minutes to cook and get thick!
