- 1 1/2 cups lemon curd (you can make or buy at the grocery store)
- frosting (lemony-cream, recipe below)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar (I use Bakers sugar - ultra fine sugar)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup lemon curd (add 3/4 C for increased lemon flavor)
- 1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
