- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (I used 2 teaspoons, and additional for garnish, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter (melted, if you use unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt)
