    This was my second time making them and they are just as delicious as the first time.

    I loved these! Nice and delicate flavour. Not too intense, but definitely lemony. They're a little tricky to roll into balls so I might try chilling the dough next time. I rolled them in granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar (like chocolate sparkle cookies, which are my favourite!) and it resulted in a beautiful crunchy exterior.
