- 2 pkg. candy melts (white vanilla, if you cannot find candy melts, you can use white chocolate, or almond bark the same way)

- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks, 459 grams room temperature)
- 1 cup buttermilk (3,5 dl room temperature)
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 large egg whites (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 lemons (large or two small)
