I was excited to try this recipe, and it was very easy. I enjoyed the consistency. I think the balance of flavor is a bit of though. The lemon was complementary, but I wanted more coconut, and unfortunately I could taste the coconut flour more than the coconut itself. Won't be making this one again but worthy effort.
