- 1 yellow onion (large, finely chopped)
- 2 large garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 cup dried cranberries (coarsely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tsp. ground coriander

- 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
