- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
- 1 cup cherry pie filling (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- In mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise until smooth. Gradually beat in eggs, lemon peel and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.
- Bake 25 minutes or until center is almost set. On wire rack, cool 1 hour. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. To serve, top with cherry pie filling.
