I normally love lemon chicken recipes but this was way too much and bitter. Potatoes were under cooked following these instructions. Green beans were so lemony they were inedible. Not for us.

I’m going to make this on a sheet pan next time the chicken was so so dry and the veggies came out soggy- ugh. Also only one lemon is needed

One of my favorite meals, so easy to make. I use chicken thighs, I also add onions to the mix and sometimes I use asparagus instead of green beans. I also top the chicken with store bought bbq chicken seasoning for more flavor.

Tasted great. I was worried about the reviews saying there was too much lemon, but I thought it was pretty good.

Much better this time! Less lemon, more garlic, added carrots. My husband was very pleased and asked for it again.

Very lemony ...but the chicken tasted great! The potatoes took much longer to cook. I think I’d put the chicken on the lemons first, then mix the veggies and pour them on top to bake. It took about 1 hour and 35 minutes to get the potatoes to cook though, but it was too long for the greens.

Need to season the chicken before adding the lemon/olive oil, would help it absorb more of the flavor. Otherwise the recipe worked very well!

It was okay, had to add more way more seasoning and cook a lot longer to get potatoes soft, but will make again! Less chicken next time too and more veggies

Use less lemon juice and boil the potatoes 10 minutes before baking. Makes amazing chicken!

Considering I didn't end up with enough lemons to put on the top, it was quite good. I would recommend lemons on the top over the bottom, though, since my green beans ended up super lemony.

I dont know what happened. i had to cook it for over 2 hours and the potatoes, green beans were still undercooked. The chicken was great but, the Lemon was a turn off to my hubby and kids.

It was delicious, the chicken had the right amount of lemon flavor and the veggies were perfectly baked. Ill definitely be cooking this for my family again.
