Use less lemon juice and boil the potatoes 10 minutes before baking. Makes amazing chicken!

Considering I didn't end up with enough lemons to put on the top, it was quite good. I would recommend lemons on the top over the bottom, though, since my green beans ended up super lemony.

Way too much lemon. The lemon completely takes over the taste of the green beans. Super tart.

I dont know what happened. i had to cook it for over 2 hours and the potatoes, green beans were still undercooked. The chicken was great but, the Lemon was a turn off to my hubby and kids.

The recipe would have been perfect without the sliced lemons and the lemon juice. The veggies tasted like lemon rind and we couldn’t even eat the veggies because they tasted horrible. I would make it again, but without the lemons.

Just was not our thing. Made with one lemon and it was still over powering that overwhelmed all other flavors, even the garlic that there was a lot of. Have to guess that this is a taste some do like though.

Really easy to make. Didn’t have small potatoes, used sweet ones instead and it still came out delish. My chicken released too much water so I used it as a broth for some chicken lemon rice.

This was so easy to make, and turned out absolutely delicious! The lemon made this dish bright and fresh. I paired these chicken and veggies with a garlic and olive oil couscous. We will definitely be having this for dinner again soon!
